专利说明:
Lifting System Field of invention The present invention generally relates to a lifting device for handling objects comprising rod-shaped support members. The invention more particularly relates to a lifting device for handling large objects such as trampolines and fable benches. Prior art Trolleys are widely used to transport items within different environments. The stair-climber-type trolley is fitted with rotating wheels, castors or tracks and is configured to be pushed or pulled up or down steps or a stairway. Trolleys are, in general, used to vertically displace an item in order to lift the item free of ground contact. Hereafter, the trolley (often fitted with rotating wheels, castors or tracks) can also be used to move the item e.g. horizontally. Most trolleys, however, require that the item being lifted is kept fixed to the trolley by hands, by fixing means or by gravity (e.g. when tiiting the troiley in order to make the item abut the vertical frame components of the trolley). Therefore, it would be desirable to have a trolley in which an item can be fixed to the trolley in an easy manner. Moreover, when it comes to large items such as trampolines, tables, benches and table benches, the prior art trolieys are very difficult to use for the purpose of transporting the items. Accordingly, there is need for an alternative way of handling large items such as trampolines, tables, benches and table benches. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lifting system suitable for handling large items such as trampolines, tables, benches and table benches. The system may be applied on various types of ground (e.g. a iawn, flagstone, asphalt or soil). Summary of the invention The object of the present invention can be achieved by a lifting system as defined in claim 1. Preferred embodiments are defined in the dependent sub claims, explained in the following description and illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The lifting system according to the invention is a lifting system configured to transport an object having one or more support structures, wherein the lifting system comprises a trolley provided with a handle and a frame, onto which frame a number of transport members are attached, wherein the trolley comprises receiving means configured to receive the support structures. The lifting system comprises a cart provided with a plurality of transport members and a support member configured to fixedly receive the support structures. Hereby, it is possible tohave a trolley, in which an item can be fixed to the trolley in an easy and user-friendly manner. Moreover, it is possible to provide a lifting system suitable for handling large items such as trampolines, tables, benches, table benches and football goals. The lifting system according to the invention is a lifting system configured to transport an object having one or more support structures. Such objects may be trampolines, tables, benches, table benches and football goals. The lifting system comprises a trolley provided with a handle and a frame, onto which frame a number of transport members are attached. The handle may be of any suitable type, size and geometry. It may be an advantage that the handle is U-shaped. The trolley comprises receiving means configured to receive the support structure(s). The lifting system comprises a cart provided with a plurality of transport members (e.g, rotating wheels, castors or runners) and a support member configured to fixedly receive the support structures. The system may comprise several carts (e.g. three, four or more carts). This may be an advantage if the system is used to transport a very large object e.g. a large trampoline. By the term "fixedly receive" is meant that the support member restricts the motion of the support structures in at least one horizontal direction. If the support structures are rod-shaped, the support member may restrict the motion of the support structures in directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support structures. It may be an advantage that the trolley is configured to lift a support structure and can be vertically displaced to such an extent that the cart according to the invention can be inserted below the support structure, and that the support structure may be lowered vertically until it rests on the cart. It may be advantageous that the trolley comprises two rotating wheels or castors rotatably attached to the frame. Hereby, it is possible to provide a reliable trolley in a simple way. The rotating wheels or castors may be attached to a mounting arrangement (e.g. a mounting plate) attached to the frame, or the rotating wheels or castors may be attached directly to the frame. It may be beneficial that the transport members of the cart are rotating wheels or castors rotatably attached to the frame of the cart. Hereby, it is possible to provide an easy movable cart. It may be an advantage that the cart comprises two U-shaped frames each comprising a base portion and two end portions provided at each end of the base portion. A cart of this construction is simple and reliable. It may be an advantage that the base portion is a straight, rod-shaped member. It may be beneficial that a wheel is rotatabiy attached to each of the four end portions. Hereby, a stable and easy movable cart can be provided. It may be an advantage that the end portions are L-shaped. The system may comprise one or more mounting brackets configured to engage with a large object (e.g. a trampoline) in a detachable manner. It may be advantageous that the cart comprises a support member that is fixed to the two U-shaped frames and extends between these two U-shaped frames, and that the support member comprises a support surface and a first support wall protruding from the support surface, where the support member comprises a second support wall protruding from the support surface. Hereby, it is possible to provide a reliable and secure support member by simple means. It may be beneficial that the trolley is provided with an interior receiving opening with a width significantly larger than the outside width of the cart. Hereby, it is possible to arrange the cart within the interior receiving opening of the trolley. This is of great importance during use of the lifting system. In this way, the trolley can be applied to lift an object and displace the object vertically, whereas the cart can be moved into the interior receiving opening of the trolley. When the cart is arranged properly within the interior receiving opening of the trolley, the trolley can be applied to lower the object until the object rests completely on the cart and no longer rests on the trolley. The trolley is configured to be able to change the vertical position of the part of the object that rests on the trolley by rotating the trolley about the shafts of the wheels or castors of the trolley. In practise, the vertical displacement of the object may be accomplished by moving the handle upwards or downwards, since the shafts of the wheels or castors of the trolley function as pivot joints. It may be an advantage that the transport members of the trolley are mounted closer to the handle than the receiving means. The handle may be provided with an insulating layer (e.g. a coating) or a sleeve for providing an improved grip and/or providing thermal insulation. Hereby, it is possible to use the trolley as a lifting device as the trolley is provided with two iever arms. It is a major advantage that the trolley is configured to pivot about the shafts of the wheels or castors, and that these shafts are provided in a non-zero distance from the position in which the load is received and maintained within the trolley. It may be advantageous that the trolley comprises two arm members extending almost perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the trolley. Hereby, it is possible to lift a support structure of an object (e.g. a trampoline) by means of the arm members of the troiiey. It may be beneficial that a support arm is attached to each arm member and protrudes therefrom. Hereby, it is possible to lift the support structure of an object (e.g. a trampoline) by means of the arm J members of the trolley. It is also.....possible to....displace the support structure along the arm member towards its proximal end and let it rest on the support arm(s). Hereby, the object and at least some of its support structures can be mechanically held (kept in place) by the trolley. It may be an advantage that a stop member is provided at the distai end of the support arm. The stop member may be configured to prevent the support structures from being displaced further towards the proximal end of the support arms, when the support structures are moved towards the proximal end of the support arm(s). It may be an advantage that the trolley comprises a handle that is detachably attached to the frame of the trolley. Hereby, it is possible to reduce the size of the trolley e.g. during transport and/or storage of the trolley. The cart 4 moreover comprises another wheel 6'" rotatably fixed to a second end portion 44 provided at the end of the second rod-shaped base portion 8'. The wheels 6, 6are securely fastened to the portions 42, 44 by means of nuts 16 attached to an externally threaded headed fastener. Fig. 1 d) illustrates a top view of the cart 4 shown in Fig, 1 a), Fig. 1 b) and Fig. 1 c). The cart 4 is symmetric about the sagittal plane (the plane spanned by the longitudinal axis X and vertical axis Z). Additionally, the cart 4 is symmetric about the frontal plane (the plane spanned by the frontai/lateral axis Y and vertical axis Z). The cart 4 comprises a first wheel 6' rotatably attached to a first end portion 42 provided at the end of the first rod-shaped base portion 8. The cart 4 moreover comprises a second wheel 6'" rotatably fixed to the end portion 42' provided at the opposite end of the first rod-shaped base portion 8, Likewise, the cart 4 comprises a third wheel 6" rotatably fixed to the end portion 44 provided at the end of the second rodshaped base portion 8' and a fourth wheel 6'" rotatably fixed to the end portion 44' provided at the opposite end of the second rod-shaped base portion 8', It can be seen that ail the wheels 6, 6', 6", 6"' are securely fastened to the portions 42, 42', 44, 44' by means of nuts 16 attached to an externally threaded headed fastener. A U-shaped support member 10 extends between the first U-shaped base structure and the second U-shaped base structure. The U-shaped support member 10 is attached to the first rod-shaped base portion 8 and to the second rod-shaped base portion 8', Fig. 2 a) illustrates a perspective view of a trolley 20 of a lifting system according to the invention. The trolley 20 comprises a U-shaped handle 22 attached to a frame 40. The frame 40 comprises two parallel rodshaped frame members 34, 34' and a cross member 46 formed as a transverse, rod-shaped member which adds support to the frame 40. Two plane plate members 36, 36' are attached to the cross member 46, A first wheel 26 is rotatably attached to the bottom portion of the frame 40. Similarly, a second wheel 26' is rotatably attached to the opposite side of the bottom portion of the frame 40. The wheels 26, 26' are attached by means of nuts 32. At the distal end of the first frame member 34, a plane plate-shaped arm member 24 is provided. A support structure 28 extends from the arm member 24 to the first frame member 34 and supports the arm member 24 (providing additional mechanical strength to it). A support arm 30 protrudes from the arm member 24 towards the first frame member 34. A stop member 48 is provided at the distal end of the support arm 30. The stop member 48 prevents an object from being displaced further along the support arm 30 when the object abuts the stop member 48 (see Fig. 2 b). The angle a between the support arm 30 and the arm member 24 is indicated in Fig. 2 a). The angle a between the support arm 30 and the arm member 24 may be about 90 degrees. Likewise, at the distal end of the second frame member 34' a plane plate-shaped arm member 24' is arranged. A support structure 28' is attached to the arm member 24' and to the second frame member 34'. The support structure 28' supports the arm member 24' by giving additional mechanical strength to it. A support arm 30' protrudes from the arm member 24' towards the second frame member 34', and a stop member 48' is arranged at the distal end of the support arm 30'. The stop member 48' is configured to prevent an object from being displaced further along the support arm 30' when the object abuts the stop member 48' as illustrated in Fig. 2 b). Fig. 2 b) illustrates a perspective view of the trolley 20 shown in Fig. 2 a) in a state in which the trolley 20 is loaded. The trolley 20 is carrying a pipe 18.It could however carry any object with a rod-like or pipe-like supporting member e.g. a trampoline, a table, a bench or a table bench. The trolley 20 comprises a U-shaped handle 22 attached to a frame 40 comprising a rod-shaped cross member 46 extending between two parallel rod-shaped frame members 34, 34'. The pipe 18 rests on the arm members 24, 24' and support arms 30, 30 (see Fig. 2 a). The movement of the pipe 18 is restricted by the stop members 48, 48' (see Fig. 2 a) and by the arm members 24, 24', Fig. 2 c) illustrates a lifting system 2 according to the invention. The lifting system 2 comprises a trolley 20 corresponding to the one shown in Fig. 2 a) and a cart 4 corresponding to the one shown in Fig. 1. The trolley 20 comprises a U-shaped handle 22 attached to a frame 40 comprising a rod-shaped cross member 46 extending between two parallel rod-shaped frame members 34, 34'. The frame 40 comprises a cross member 46 connecting the parallel frame members 34, 34'. The cross member 46 extends perpendicularly to both frame members 34, 34'. The cross member 46 is equipped with two symmetrically arranged plate members 36, 36'. These plate members 36, 36' are configured to support the cart 4 while being hung onto the cross member 46 of the trolley 20. The trolley 20 comprises a first wheel 26 rotatably attached to the frame 40. The trolley 20 comprises a second wheel 26' that is also rotatably attached to the frame 40. In the distal ends of each of the two frame members 34, 34', an arm member 24, 24' is provided. A support arm 30, 30' extends from each arm member 24, 24'. It can be seen that the wheels 26, 26' are provided in a non-zero distance d from the stop members 48, 48' (see Fig. 2 a) and Fig. 2 d)). This means that the trolley 20 is capable of lifting a load by displacing the load vertically when the handle 22 is moved vertically downwards. The trolley is configured to pivot about the shafts of the wheels 26, 26' as the shafts are provided in a non-zero distance d from the position in which the load is received and maintained within the trolley 20. The distance L2 between the right side parts and the left side parts of the frame 40 is indicated. Likewise, the distance L:l between the left and right extremities of the cart 4 is indicated in Fig. 2 c). It can be seen that the trolley 20 is provided with an interior receiving opening 56 having a width L2 significantly larger than the outside width U of the cast 4. Accordingly, the lifting system 2 is applied to transport the large object 18. The object 18 has rod-shaped support structures 54, 54' configured to rest against the ground. The object 18 has a first rod-shaped support structure 54 that is received by the support member 10 of the cart 4. The support walls 12, 12' ensure that the support structure 54 is maintained within the support member 10 of the cart 4 during transport of the object 18. The lifting system 2 comprises a trolley 20 according to the invention. The trolley 20 has received the support structure 54' of the object 18. The support structure 54' of the object 18 rests on the support arms 30, 30', and the stop members 48, 48' and the arm members 24, 24' keep the support structure 54' of the object 18 resting on the support arms 30, 30'. Transportation of the object 18 can be carried out by means of the Sifting system 2 simpiy by gripping the handle 22 of the trolley 20 and pulling the troliey 20, Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic view of a iifting system 2 according to the invention applied to transport a trampoline 18. The trampoline 18 comprises four support structures 54, 54', 54", 54'" evenly distributed along the periphery of the circular frame of the trampoline 18. The support structures 54, 54', 54", 54'" are configured to rest against the ground. In Fig. 4, however, the first support structure 54 and the second support structure 54' are received by the trolley 20 of the iifting system 2 and by the cart 4 of the lifting system 2, respectively. Thus, the lifting system 2 is ready to be applied to transport the trampoline 18. Transport of the trampoline may include displacing the trampoline horizontally and vertically e.g. along a lawn in a private garden. Fig. 5 a) illustrates a top view of a trolley 20 according to the invention.
